BUSY PEOPLE WORKOUT
Efficiently programmed workout schedule, specially designed to help busy people to achieve their goals in minimum time. Choose every morning in between Strength, HIIT or Yoga session. The duration of the training is 25 min.

HIIT
Super-efficient High Intensity Interval Training is the ideal workout for a busy schedule! This training does not require any equipment, we will be working with body weight exercises. Due to the intensity of the workout, HIIT can elevate your metabolism for hours after exercise. This results in additional calories being burned even after you have finished exercising.

Fit@Home
In this class we will be using weights. Do not worry if you don't have gym equipment, any backpack will do its magic :) This class focuses of building up muscle mass and keep you fit and strong even in home conditions. Give it a try and watch your body Transforms!

Power Abs
This class aim is to define and strengthen your abdominal muscles. Short 30 min BURN. Time to shine and make the 6 pack visible :)

Get Flexy
Is your flexibility limiting some of your moves? Do you want to work on your posture? Or just nail those splits? This 60 min class is all dedicated to go deeper in the stretches and improve your overall flexibility and mobility. Enjoy calming practice, where we make progresses.
